In order to ensure PCBA work as expected, PCBASAIL also provide free IC burning and functional testing services for customer PCBA samples. Customers only need to provide complete firmware information, burning, testing methods, and tools required for burning testing.we’re also capable to load the firmware and proceed the complete function tests for mass production.

IC programming

Methods：Offline & Online

Usually, we proceed the IC programming by offline for mass production

The use of offline burning is mainly reflected in scenarios with high security and stability requirements, such as large batch burning or when the amount of data is large and the burning time is long, offline burning may be more appropriate.

Online programming uses various serial interfaces of various chips themselves, such as USB, SWD, JTAG, UART, etc. The chips are programmed through connecting lines. This method is limited by the performance of the serial interface itself.

Function Test：

In order to further verify whether PCBA can work very well as expected, we usually It is recommended that customers provide us with complete functional testing methods so that we can conduct complete functional testing before shipment and repair defective products.
