Our factory area is around 16000 square meters and have the ability to manufacture various difficult boards for mass batch such as 2-32 layers of multi-layer boards, blind buried boards, FPC and rigid-flex, mixed pressure boards, thick copper boards, high-frequency boards, halogen-free boards, metal substrates boards.

Our production capacity reaches 20000 square meters monthly, and produce approx 3000 product categories.

We have passed and get UL certification, Industrial certificates such as CE, RoHS, ISO9001 automotive grade, etc. and always adhere to the service philosophy of fast delivery and high-quality production, continuously exploring and improving technological processes to enhance quality, providing customers with the most satisfactory service.

PCBAsail has a fully automated PCB circuit board factory and four high-speed SMT production lines, as well as various professional testing equipment. We focus on one-stop PCBA manufacturing and assembly many years.

Our workshop has introduced advanced SMT equipment from Germany and Japan, and equipped with AOI and X-ray testing equipment. After more than ten years of experience in electronic manufacturing, our workshop is able to meet the manufacturing requirements of precision electronic products.

Capable of mounting (01005, 0201, 0402, 0603, TSSOP, QFP, BGA, etc.) precision electronic components, and has a complete and scientific quality management system.
